"I have been working with Stefanie Wooten State Farm Agency for almost 6 years now and had never really considered leaving a written a review, not because their service isn’t great but because it was at par with the general standard of service that State Farm holds for its clients. However after working specifically with Sarah Transue and the PHENOMENAL SERVICE she provides I have to leave a 5 Star review and if I could give her 50 STARS it wouldn’t be enough. I recently added a second vehicle to my insurance account and was dreading it for ages because I knew my rates would skyrocket more than they already were. I expected a ridiculously high rate, a bunch of excuses that it’s not in the agents hands and they are simply the messenger ( same thing I hear all the time from all insurance agents all the time recently. ) That’s all until Sarah Transue came along. Not only is she extremely professional, knows policies and has a deep understanding of the system exceptionally well, but also took the time to understand what I wanted, how I wanted to achieve it and tailored the service accordingly. She studied my profile and history, got me a rate that was better than what I expected, and set everything up over the phone. I didn’t have to set foot in the office. She didn’t stop there. She revised my existing accounts, made some modifications and improved my coverage while maintaining and improving prices in some areas!!! I don’t have enough AMAZING THINGS TO SAY ABOUT HER!! I will never consider leaving Stefanie Wooten as long as Sarah is there.
